1. Personal Information Collected by Havos (not including third party services)

Havos itself collects very little personal information.

Those Havos Services offering coins within the Service for purchase of digital assets, such as games, gaming packs and hints, do connect to a central Havos administered server. The server creates a random anonymised username and password (which can be seen in the Service), not in anyway connected to Your real name or identity. You have the ability in the Service to change this username and password to one of Your choosing. This login is used to allow Havos to store the following information:

However you can contact us using the contact information at the end of this policy at anytime and request that we delete all personal data we have collected, including any e-mails you have sent us, your e-mail address and the other listed information if you provide us with the username created in the Service.

If You are less than the age of 18, You must obtain Your parent’s permission to access our site and to use our Services. If You are less than 13, You are not permitted to access the site, or to play any of our games or use any of our Services. This site and all of our games and Services are not intended for children below the age of 13 and we do not knowingly market to or collect, use or disclose information from children under the age of 13. If Havos Ltd learns that we have inadvertently gathered personal information from children under such age, Havos Ltd will take reasonable measures to promptly erase such personal information from our records.   • Google Play Services & Apple App Store Services: Used to provide in app purchases and centralised high score comparisons and achievements under an anonymised login system administered by Google or Apple
  • Amazon App Store Services: Used to provide centralised high score comparisons and achievements (GameCircle) under an anonymised login system administered entirely by Amazon
  • Admob & Ogury: Used to provide in-app advertizing, including targeted ads using collected personal information
  • Google Analytics for Firebase: Used to provide macro information about how our Services are used, e.g. how many total minutes across all players are spend playing a game and which game features are popular. This information is entirely anonymized and cannot be used to identify You, and provides very useful data to enable us to improve our Service
  • Firebase Crashlytics: Used to provide information regarding any crashes in our Service. This information is anonymous (only the type of device and OS version is known), in order for us to improve the quality of our Service

    10. Opt-out rights (All Customers)

    The first three options are only relevant for those Services which display advertizing.

Here You can also reset Your advertising identifier, which means all previously stored advertising relevant information will no longer be applicable to Your device.
    2. On an Apple device (iPad, iPhone, iPod) You can go into "Settings", and then "Privacy" and then "Advertising" and select the option "Limit Ad Tracking". Here You can also reset Your advertising identifier, which means all previously stored advertising relevant information will no longer be applicable to Your device.
    3. On an Amazon device (typically a Kindle), You can log into Your Amazon account and go to the "Amazon Advertising Preferences", and from here You can choose to not allow personalised ads.
    4. If You are using a Google Android device, You can choose not to login to Google Play (if applicable for that Service), i.e. You can opt out of sharing high score and achievement data to the Google Play centralized server.

    In order to be fully GDPR compliant, Havos mobile applications all display a consent notice to all EEA customers when ads are first displayed on first launch of the application. This notice may additionally also be shown at later stages if there are changes relevant to inform You about, such as a change to the list of Ad networks used to display in-app advertizing. The consent notice informs EEA users of what personal data is collected by this Service, and You will have one or two options (depending on the Service you are using):

    Some of our Services provide You with the option to accept the use of Your personal data for targeted advertizing and another option not to provide personal data for targeted advertizing purposes. If You chose the second option, then advertizing services are not entitled to store and use personal data for the purposes of targeted advertizing. In addition You have the ability to change Your consent decision at any time by going into the Service's "Settings" and selecting "Privacy Settings". This will take You to a screen where You can change Your consent decision. Please however appreciate that Havos is only able to provide our Services for free by funding the development largely through in-app advertizing. The funds we earn through this advertizing are considerably better when permission is granted to provide personal data for targeted advertizing purposes. It is also very important to note that that refusing consent does NOT stop Your personal data being collected for all non advertizing related purposes listed above in this policy. If You do not wish any of Your personal data to be collected for ANY purpose, then you must stop using this service.

    Some of our Services provide only the option to consent to use Your personal data for the purposes of targeted advertizing in order to continue using the Service. If You do not wish to provide this consent You must immediately stop using the service.
